The building had experienced significant water intrusion originating from the upper floors. Moisture migrated through multiple levels, affecting wall cavities, ceilings, flooring, and other building materials. As a result, mold contamination developed throughout portions of the building before remediation work began.
After the remediation contractor completed their work, an independent PRV assessment was requested to determine whether the affected areas had been properly cleaned and were ready for reconstruction.
